Description
Class will begin with 10 minutes of warm-ups, followed by basic stretching from top to bottom to relax and prepare the body for exercise. The remainder of the class will focus on core strength. The abs are central to almost everything in exercise and to overall healthy living. This class will help you achieve fat loss and muscular improvement regardless of your experience level.
